Directions: Mix one scoop (36 g) of DynaWHEY Protein with 187.5 - 250 ml (3/4 - 1 cup) of water or your preferred juice. Take 1-3 times daily. DynaWhey makes a perfect addition to your favourite smoothies or recipes.
