How do you collect iWD points?

1. Make your regular purchases on www.iWinDirect.com under your user account and for every dollar you spend you will earn 1 iWD point. It’s that easy.
2. Refer a friend through our “refer a friend” icon located at the top left of the page. Submit your first three friends and they will receive a 25% OFF coupon code for their first order on www.iWinDirect.com. And the best part is that you earn 5 points for every dollar they spend on that first order.
3. Orders over CA$100 earn a bonus 100 points!

How do I check how many iWD points I have?

You can log into your account and select "modify profile" to view your points at anytime. When you are logged in to place your order you will be able to see your accumulated points in your shopping cart as well.

How do you redeem your points?

Once you have logged into your account, add your order to the cart as you normally would. Once complete, view your cart and above your order you will see two windows. The one on the right is your “Redeem Your Points” area. It will tell you how many iWD points you currently have and how many points you need to redeem your entire order on points alone. You can redeem as many or as little as you want. Simply add in the amount and hit submit and this will be discounted from your order.

You will see this discount when you reach the “payment details” portion of the cart process.

You can also select it as a “payment method” later in the cart process.

How much are iWD points worth?

You require 100 iWD point to redeem 1 iWD Dollar worth of product. 

Terms & Conditions
• Your points never expire.
• You can redeem at anytime after you have earned your first point.
• Points cannot be redeemed on AutoShip purchases (please place these order separately).
• Points are non-refundable, unless you cancel or return the order under refund conditions.
• You can only be referred once, but there is no limit to the number of “friends” you can refer.
• A “Friend” is defined as one email/customer/user account.
• The system requires a user account (username/password required) to collect points. • One account per customer.
• iWD Dollars are not redeemable for cash.
• Points are non transferable.
• Any fraudulent use of the system will result in the deletion of all related accounts and the removal of all points.
• We reserve the right to remove points at any time.
